Yet Again

My any-mouse friend has told me my last post took my self serving to a new high. You missed the point junior.I only did what any cretin with an ounce of decency would have done. The young warrior, husband, and father is who needs your thoughts. And for the last time YES it is self serving, I admit it freely. To prove it I want to tell you all something. We all have too much drama in our lives. I try not to post about mine too much. My #2 son-in -law (the one who has not contributed to the Little Rat Pack yet) works as an engineer for a subsidiarity of Honda. When the quake hit he was in a meeting 20 miles from the reactor site. We just received word a little while ago his JAL plane has entered American airspace. God speed Jeff and God bless all the wonderful people who helped him, often when they had their own troubles. And to you my little any-mouse pal "Pog mo thoin"

  1. I don't understand how you get rude comments / people. I think you are a wonderful, honest & thoughtful gentleman. It's nice to do random acts of kindness for others and sometime it happens in return which restores faith in humanity.
Love the Irish gesture too he he xx Claire

  2. James, you are a brick. 'Do unto others' is essentially self-serving, for it asks us to put in mind what we should like others to do unto us. It is the ultimate expression of how we should like ourselves to be received in the world, and it informs our actions accordingly. You carry on loving your neighbour, my friend. It does you credit.

  6. Anyone who isnt willing to put their name behind their comments doesnt warrant any type of attention. Their comments aren't worth reading.

I am glad to hear your son-in-law is safe and on his way home. Your family must be so relieved!
